Terms of Service
Plain-English terms for using LeadRescue AI. These terms are not legal advice or a claim of legal certification.
1. Using LeadRescue AI
LeadRescue AI is a SaaS product for organising leads, generating follow-up drafts, tracking pipeline activity, and supporting manual WhatsApp and email follow-up workflows. You are responsible for how your team uses the service and for keeping your account details secure.
2. Subscription and 24-hour trial
Paid plans may include a 24-hour trial. Stripe may ask for payment details before the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan may become payable after the trial period.
3. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel billing through the billing area or Stripe Customer Portal where available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.
4. AI-generated content
AI-generated messages are drafts. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular customer. You should review and edit AI drafts before sending them. LeadRescue AI does not guarantee a specific response, booking, sale, or revenue outcome.
5. Email and WhatsApp responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your email, WhatsApp, and other follow-up activity complies with applicable laws, platform rules, customer consent requirements, and your own business policies.
6. Lead and customer data
You should only upload lead or customer data that you are allowed to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and handling of your imported lead data.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep LeadRescue AI reliable, but we may update, pause, or change parts of the service as the product develops. We may also update these terms from time to time.
