Lead and customer data handling
Lead and customer data belongs to your business. You should only upload data that you have permission to use. We do not sell your lead data. Access to sensitive operational data should be limited to authorised team members.
AI-generated content
When you ask LeadRescue AI to generate a follow-up, relevant lead and business context may be used to create the draft. You should review drafts before sending them to customers.
Email and WhatsApp workflows
If you send emails or open WhatsApp links from LeadRescue AI, you are responsible for the content, timing, consent, and compliance of those communications.
Payments
Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details in LeadRescue AI.
Retention and requests
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, or comply with legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of data.
